Three Questions Explored

1. How might we conceptualize areas of convergence between religion and literature?

2. How may the revitalization of the study of religion and literature articulate new values for humanistic inquiry?

3. How might we foster venues for ongoing training in the study of religion and literature?  For example, we might consider a series of seminars for faculty (sponsored, for instance by the NEH or other entities), a Ph.D minor, and/or summer institutes.
